These terms cover use of this website and submitting a purchase or booking request.
Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting the form prepares a WhatsApp message; it does not create a confirmed order or sales contract. An order is confirmed only after the Nullshimmer team contacts you, checks product availability and details, and agrees the order arrangements with you.
Price, delivery and payment
Before confirming an order, the team will tell you the total price, any delivery charge, estimated timing and payment method available for your area through WhatsApp. Cash on delivery or delivery to a particular area is not promised unless confirmed to you.
Accurate details
Please provide a working phone number and accurate address so the team can follow up. We may contact you to clarify details before accepting a request. Follow the directions and precautions printed on the product package.
Cancellation and issues after delivery
To cancel an order that has not been handed to the courier, or report a damaged or incorrect order, contact us promptly through WhatsApp with the phone number and order details. Requests and remedies are handled in accordance with applicable law and the condition of the product.
