Privacy Policy
This page explains how information entered in the Nullshimmer booking form is handled.
Information you enter
A booking request may include your name, mobile number, governorate, quantity, delivery address and optional notes. Provide only the details needed to handle your request, and do not put sensitive information in the notes.
How the information is sent
When you press the submit button, the website opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. The booking form does not send your details to the website server or store them on this website. The message is not sent until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
WhatsApp processing
After WhatsApp opens and you send the message, WhatsApp processes the information and it appears in the business chat. Review WhatsApp’s privacy policy and settings; its processing is independent of this website.
Access and deletion requests
To follow up or request deletion of details you sent in a booking chat, contact us in that WhatsApp conversation. Some order records may need to be retained where required by law.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated if the way requests are handled changes. Last updated: 13 October 2026. For questions, use the contact page.
